ICONIC PLAYERS OF CRICKET WORLD - DHONI AND RAINA DUO

News have already flashed regarding the retirement of duo players M.S. Dhoni and Suresh Raina from International Cricket.  Indians love to see them on field and they still remain in the hearts of millions as they have cherished fans of all age groups.  

M.S. Dhoni the coolest successful leader and Suresh Raina the chirpy, bubbly active fielder share some iconic partnerships for India.  Their dual partnership in ODIs , 73 innings scored 3585 runs with an average of 56.90 which won Cricket world cup championship when India beat Srilanka in 2011.  The year 2013 brought them the Champions Trophy winners in England.

M.S.Dhoni, our favourite skipper began his career on 23 Dec 2004 against Bangladesh in Chittagong whereas Suresh Raina our left handed batsman began his career on 30 July 2005 against Srilanka. 

Dhoni  many a times won games for his team single handedly when his team was in deep trouble. He got all the major ICC tournaments under his belt.  Raina on the other hand is the first Indian batsman to register centuries in all format of the game.  He is also the second highest run getter in IPL . Both began together in International Cricket and retired together from International Cricket.  Both are a part of Chennai Super Kings and will be seen in upcoming IPL which will be scheduled on Sept 19 in UAE between Mumbai Indian and Chennai Super Kings.
