WRITING AND READING ENGLISH FOR KIDS

 

TIPS TO GET A GOOD SKILL IN WRITING  AND   READING.

Children should use only good pencil for writing.  Pencil should be pointed .

Write the alphabets capital or small letter correctly and clearly.  In case it is not correct rub it out and write correctly.  Always keep a clean rubber in hand.  

Do not overwrite any alphabet.  If it is not clear, rub and write .  

Write between the two lines.  Do not write above or below the line.

While writing a word, see that no space is left between a word.  for ex. apple is the correct word but  do not write ap ple.  This is the wrong way to write

Always leave a space between two words  for example -  my book.   Do not write  mybook

While writing a sentence, start with a capital letter and at the end put a full stop.  

For example -  My name is Ram.     

Use capital letters only for names of person, place , animal or thing.  Also start any sentence with a capital letter.  

When you write more than one sentence or many sentences or a paragraph   -  start the sentence or paragraph with a capital letter.  After a full stop leave two spaces and then write the other sentence.  

Do not write up to the end of the page.  Leave enough margin at both sides of the book.  

Do not write half the word at the end and half the word in the next line.  The complete word should come in the same line.

Use of a copywriting book for kids is the best way to improve handwriting.  

READING -

The words should be clearly pronounced.

Break up the hard words  as per the pronunciation and read it many times .

Writing the spelling and reading together works well.

Do not miss out words while reading.

Fluency will be got only after reading the same thing many times
